Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew and your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and cancel your subscription through your customer dashboard, powered by SureCart. If you require assistance, you may contact us via email.
Free Trial
We offer a 10-day free trial, which begins upon registration. The free trial includes one complimentary voice assessment.
At the end of the 10-day period, unless cancelled, you will be automatically charged the standard monthly subscription fee.
Payments
We accept the following payment method on our Site:
- Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
All payments are processed securely via SureCart.
By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse any transaction if we believe it violates the law or these Terms and Conditions.
Refunds
Refunds for Services:
- Services are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled provision.
- If you are dissatisfied with our services, you are eligible for a refund of your latest monthly subscription charge.
