Karin Isman
Speech Pathologist & Voice Specialist
With more than 40 years of experience, Karin Isman specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of voice disorders and has extensive experience working with professional voice users including singers, actors, teachers, fitness instructors, call centre professionals and auctioneers.
Karin spent 12 years at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital as a Head and Neck/ENT Speech Pathologist before moving into private practice. She went on to spend more than 27 years with Voice Connection, a multidisciplinary voice clinic working alongside an ENT specialist and psychologist.
Sean Carey

Sean Carey is an Emmy-winning music producer, mixer, engineer and musician based at Church Street Studios in Sydney.
Across a career spanning more than 20 years, Sean has worked with artists including Cat Stevens, Daniel Johns, Chris Bailey and Julia Stone, with his work also appearing across productions for Netflix, Disney+, BBC, Stan and Paramount.
Prinnie Stevens
Prinnie Stevens is a renowned Australian singer, dancer and actress, known for The Voice Australia and major productions including RENT, Thriller LIVE, The Bodyguard and HAIR.
With more than 30 years across television, film, theatre and recording, she brings extensive real-world industry experience.
As an Artist Career Coach, Prinnie mentors emerging artists with personalised strategies focused on their strengths, career growth and long-term success.
Dr Arjuna Ananda
ENT Surgeon | MBBS, FRACS (ORL-HNS)
Dr Arjuna Ananda is a highly experienced Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon and Head of the ENT Department at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
He provides specialist ENT care for adults and children, with particular expertise in rhinology and the treatment of complex nasal, sinus and upper airway conditions. His areas of expertise include sinus and nasal surgery, functional and reconstructive rhinoplasty, skull base surgery, snoring and sleep apnoea treatment.
Dave Molland
Videographer & Head of Post Production
Dave Molland brings more than 13 years of video production experience together with a strong background in music, giving him a particularly valuable perspective when creating visual content for singers, musicians and performers.
As Head of Post Production at Qube Productions, Dave’s experience spans pre-production, post-production and project management. His attention to detail and technical expertise allow him to bring together image, movement and sound to create polished, engaging visual content.
Beau Golden
Beau Golden is one of Australia’s most in demand Musical Directors, keyboard players and producers. He is the current Musical director for GIANT Music recording artist Ruel, having worked with him from day one, designing and arranging his live show and playing hundreds shows with him since 2016 all over the world.
As a producer & he has worked with artists including Daniel Johns (Silverchair), Ruel, Dami Im, Odette, Samantha Jade, Van Jess, Marlisa (X-Factor winner) & Casey Donovan among others. As a session musician Beau has played on recordings by Lily Allen, Anthony Callea, Barry Manilow, Tyler Cole, Jorge Blanco, Jasmine Rae and countless others.
He produced & co-wrote several tracks on Daniel Johns ARIA #1 Album ‘Futurenever’ (2022) & has also composed and produced music for Netflix, Paramount Studios, Sony Pictures, STAN Television, Fox Broadcasting, Fox Sports and Channel 7 Australia among others. Beau has a Bachelor of Music/Music Education from the University of NSW and currently plays keyboards in the band on Channel 7’s The Voice television show.
